Half Term Wellbeing Round up!
This Half Term the young people that have joined is for the Headspace Wellbeing Programme have had so many fantastic opportunities to take part in activities to help their wellbeing.
During the sessions we have been cooking and decorating cakes indoors, sizzling sausages over an open fire, making helpful mindfulness cards and creating mood boards, setting up outdoor shelters together or just taking some time out to play games like Jenga or Monopoly to help reset and prepare for the week ahead.
.
Headspace aims to be a safe space where young people can build up relationships and speak with trusted adults if they wish to.
We provide time and compassionate staff who share essential skills to cope with life’s up and downs whilst helping to build resilience, confidence, team building and self care.
