Bushcraft Wellbeing Activities

Hasn’t it been wonderful to see some sunshine lately, it definitely makes us feel better!

 The Headspace Bushcraft Wellbeing group has been making the most of the drier, warmer weather by getting outdoors this week ☀️

 We learned some effective grounding techniques to help shift our focus when we’re feeling worried, bringing our attention back to the present moment.

 These techniques can be used anywhere—whether in class, at home, in the car, or outside. And, of course, we wrapped up the session with a mug of hot chocolate! ☕️

 The Wellbeing Programme is designed to support mental health by helping with anxiety, building self-esteem and confidence, managing anger, and addressing other mental health challenges.
