Support Our Wellbeing Classes this Spring

At Headspace, we are committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of young people aged 11-19 in the North Cotswolds. Our Wellbeing Programme offers a variety of classes designed to equip participants with essential life skills, foster resilience, and promote emotional well-being. To continue providing these valuable services, we rely on the generosity of our community. Below, we highlight our five key wellbeing classes and the associated fundraising initiatives for each.

1. Bushcraft Sessions

Our Bushcraft classes immerse young people in nature, teaching skills such as fire lighting, den building, and outdoor cooking. These activities enhance self-confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. To ensure participants are comfortable and safe during these outdoor sessions, we are raising £700 to cover the cost of seven sessions at £100 each.
